As an LGBTQ+ therapist, I create a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment where individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities can explore their emotions and experiences openly. Drawing on a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community, I tailor therapy to meet each person’s needs with empathy and respect. Combining principles from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients connect with their core self, accept all parts of their identity, and build resilience by aligning their actions with personal values. My goal is to empower individuals to embrace their authentic selves while navigating life's complexities.
