I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience specializing in cognitive-behavioural therapy and other approaches. As a queer person, I’ve faced many internal and external challenges to my own self-knowing, self-compassion, authenticity, relationships, and success. It’s also been one of my greatest teachers. I feel proud to be part of the LGTBQIA+ community, recognising and celebrating each person and identity for their unique set of experiences. I welcome all identities, and continue to learn from structured training, professional mentors, colleagues, friends, clients, and my own personal evolution to better support others navigating these experiences. I’m particularly grateful to my trans and gender non-conforming friends, queer theorists, writers and writing groups, my lesbian godmothers, the ballroom community, queer BIPOC people, and the house and waacking dance communities for all that they have shared with me and embody. Currently, I identify as queer and genderqueer, and prefer they/them pronouns.

I am a health and life coach and functional medicine practitioner with over 10+ years clinical experience and 4+ years working as a coach and mentor. I have a diverse skill set that spans clinical practice, research, and business leadership across the healthcare, corporate and digital sectors, and have had 2 successful small businesses. 

I’ve worked with a range of clients, including executives and CEOs, elite athletes, and everyday people wanting to make a change. My corporate clients have included Fortune 500 companies and the government sector. With extensive training in the body, nutrition, mindset, exercise, sleep, and coaching, I emphasise a holistic and empowering approach to care.
